Change in operational hours at Vinpac Angaston
We are committed to keeping you informed of changes within our business due to Covid 19 and today I have an update regarding our hours of operation.
Covid 19 has had a significant impact on the Wine Industry particularly on cellar doors, on premise sales and to our export customers. Ultimately this has led to a reduction in the demand for bottling services. In order to meet current demand we are changing our hours of operation as follows;
Vinpac Angaston: We will suspend 24/7 operations effective 8.00pm Friday 22nd May 2020. We will operate a 24/5 operation from Monday 25th May until further notice.
I want to assure you that our priority remains on our customers and our team in these challenging times. We will continue to maintain close contact with our customers and look for opportunities to return our schedule to full capacity when we can.
In the meantime we appreciate your support and any insights you can provide to enable us to flex back up to 24/7 operations as our industry shows signs of improvement.
Our current schedule suggests this reduction in bottling hours should have little to no impact on our customers, however if you have any concerns please contact your Account Manager.
