We can accommodate various different sizes depending on the type of wine you are wanting to bottle A standard bottle and wine we can bottle a minimum of 700 litres.
Sparkling wine requires a minimum of 4500 litres & carbonation online requires a minimum of 3500 litres.
Yes we can. We can carbonate wine on line at pressure ratings between 3.0 g/L and 10 g/L.

We have a Trading Application Form to complete which will be provided to you by one of our Account Managers. They will step you through the process and provide you all the information you need.
No you don’t – we can provide this as a stand alone service to you.
We have laboratory sample kits available which enable our customers to send their wine samples postage paid for testing. All customers have convenient access to our laboratory services with fast turnaround times once samples have been received. Our Angaston laboratory provides a free courier service for our customers in Clare, Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills regions. If you are outside this area please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Our New Product Development (NPD) Team will be able to assess whether the packaging options selected will work on our bottling lines. They are more than happy to help with any queries in regards to this and can be contacted on (08) 8561 0600.
For the immediate future to protect you, our team and to ensure continuity of production services, all tours to our production areas either planned or otherwise will not be taking place due to COVID-19 restrictions. If you wish to visit to observe your job being bottled, our bottling staff will be able to provide footage and photos. At this stage we are unable to accommodate any customers on site.
Absolutely. Our Account Managers will be happy to assist you through this process. We can procure plain and printed cartons, screw caps and capsules.
Using our economies of scale, we purchase large volumes of all packaging dry goods, passing savings on to our customers. We guarantee that all materials sourced by us are produced to industry agreed specifications and are capable of being used on our automated bottling lines.
We can offer advice on packing containers such as how many cases fit in a container and the best pallet configuration. Let us know at the time of your job request as to what your vessel cut-off date is and we will capture your requirements such as slip sheets, lining, certificates etc.
