The situation with regards to COVID-19 continues to evolve and as a business, we continue to meet on a regular basis to assess our business operations and ensure that we are doing everything possible to support our customers and team whilst continuing to provide a premium service.
At this time we are able to continue our Operations, however, restrictions will apply. The well-being of our team is of the utmost importance to us. Many of our team members will be working remotely and those who are on our sites will be wearing masks and maintaining the social distancing and hygiene standards.
To ensure your safety, please continue to use the contactless pickup and drop-off system we have outside our reception areas at all our sites. When entering our despatch area for pick-ups, temperature checking is required and masks will need to be worn.
Rather than visiting our sites, we can provide you with some video footage of your bottling or still photos of your finished product. Please contact your Account Manager to discuss your requirements or for any queries or concerns.
With ongoing supply chain challenges from packaging and label suppliers, we do recommend our customers organising these items well in advance of their bottling date where possible. Your assistance in this area would be greatly appreciated.
